IndustriesBeauty and appointments

Beauty, wellness and appointments. Built around the booking.

Clients already trust the chair and the treatment. The website should make the service, the time and the deposit just as clear, and give staff a diary they can actually run.

The customer’s route

From discovery to the next booking.

Someone finds a treatment, books it, pays a deposit, visits and comes back. The website handles the first two steps. The booking system carries the middle.

The website

  2. Choose treatmentServices, prices and duration must be obvious.Service cataloguePricing pages

The diary

The booking has to agree with the diary.

A client picks a treatment and a time, then pays a deposit. Staff need the same facts on their side, without copying them out of Instagram messages.

  1. 01TreatmentName, price and duration, set by staff and shown the same way on the public site.
  2. 02TimeOnly slots that fit the treatment length, the staff member and opening hours.
  3. 03DepositTaken at booking, where no-shows cost money.
  4. 04ReminderSent before the visit, with the cancellation policy in plain words.
  5. 05RebookA nudge after the visit, where it is justified.

Where to start

Where appointment businesses usually start.

The public site and the diary should agree. Prices, duration and deposits belong in the same journey.

  1. WebsiteA site that shows the treatments and the person, without looking like last year’s template.
  2. Booking & depositsAvailability, staff and deposit rules in the booking path, not a form that stops at “we’ll be in touch”.
  3. Follow-upReminders, rebooking and a simple record of who came, where that is justified.
  4. Being foundMaps and, where it fits, Meta campaigns aimed at the treatments you want to fill.
