Join the customer’s steps
Treatment selection, appointment availability and the deposit sit within the booking journey. The public website gives customers a route into that process.
Aliya's Beauty / Website & software
A public-facing website and booking software for Aliya’s Beauty, bringing the customer journey and staff tools into the same project.

01 / The brief
A treatment booking involves more than a form. The customer needs to choose a service and a suitable time. The salon needs control over treatments, prices, durations and staff availability, with deposits connected to bookings.
The project shown here demonstrates the work delivered and the decisions behind it. We do not have a published before-and-after performance study for this project.
02 / The decisions
Treatment selection, appointment availability and the deposit sit within the booking journey. The public website gives customers a route into that process.
The staff interface supports treatment management, including prices and durations. Hours and holidays sit with the operational tools rather than relying on a website edit for every change.
The design reaches beyond the homepage into the everyday details of booking and managing services. This is where the customer experience and the operation need to agree.
03 / In the detail
These are actual project screens. They show the treatment and availability tools behind the public booking journey, with the software work continuing alongside the site.

The customer journey
A recorded walkthrough of the actual project. Choose a treatment, select an appointment and follow the payment journey.
04 / Explore the work
Client websites continue to evolve. The images above document the project; the live site may change as the business develops.
