Google Ads / Search · Landing · Measurement

Pay for intent, then make the click worth something.

The chain

Follow the value past the click.

A well-structured account still fails if the landing page leaks, or if nobody knows which enquiries became work.

01

Search

Intent · Keywords · Negatives

Campaigns start with the searches that fit the offer, the area and the margin.

02

Ad

Copy · Alignment

The message matches the query and the page that follows — not a generic promise.

03

Landing page

Offer · Proof · Form

The destination has to convert the click. Weak pages waste a well-built account.

04

Conversion

Enquiry · Quality

A completed action is only useful if it is a lead the business can serve.

05

Measurement

Tracking · Feedback

Spend, enquiry quality and sales feedback decide the next change — not a forecast.

The opportunity

Which enquiries are worth paying for?

Before bids or keywords, we need to understand the offer, margin, service area and sales process. A cheap form submission is not necessarily a valuable lead. We plan targeting and tracking around the distinction.

Many accounts optimise for clicks while landing pages leak conversions. Founo connects campaign management to the site and journey that follows the click.

01

Capture useful intent

Build campaigns around the services, locations and search terms that fit your offer.

02

Protect the test budget

Start with agreed spending limits, useful exclusions and a landing page ready to receive visitors.

03

Follow lead quality

Connect campaign reporting to qualified enquiries and sales feedback wherever the available data allows.

What’s included

A plan you can see working.

The proposal defines the exact deliverables. These are the areas we bring together, with responsibilities and dependencies agreed before work begins.

01

Commercial & account review

Assess the offer, existing campaigns, search demand and target enquiry economics. Decide what a viable initial test needs to establish.

02

Campaign construction

Keyword and ad-group structure, ad copy, location targeting and negative keywords. Account access and billing arrangements are agreed before launch.

03

Conversion path

Review landing pages, forms and agreed conversion events. Dedicated page builds, call-tracking tools or CRM integrations are separately identified where needed.

04

Optimisation & reporting

Review queries, spend, conversion signals and customer feedback. Change budgets or targeting in response to useful evidence, with a record of what changed and why.

At a glance

  • Account setup or audit
  • Campaign and ad group structure
  • Conversion tracking implementation
  • Ongoing optimisation
  • Monthly performance reporting

The decisions that matter

Know what success costs.

We work backwards from the value of a customer and the proportion of enquiries that become work. That gives the campaign a practical target to test.

  1. 01

Agree what counts as a qualified enquiry before measuring cost per lead.

  2. 02

Separate management fees, media spend and any landing-page or tracking costs.

  3. 03

Review sales feedback alongside platform reports before increasing the budget.

Is it the right fit?

Useful work starts
with the right brief.

If a smaller change, an existing product or a different service is a better starting point, we’ll explain why.

A good starting point

  • Businesses with a clear offer and enquiry value
  • Sites ready to convert paid traffic
  • Owners who want reporting tied to leads, not clicks

Resolve this first

  • Very low margins where paid search cannot work
  • No landing page or offer to send traffic to

Questions

Before we get started.

Scope, practicalities and the decisions worth making early.

What budget do I need?

Depends on market and keywords. We advise minimum viable spend in discovery — management is from £450/month plus ad spend.

Can you take over an existing account?

Yes. We review the account structure, recent performance, tracking and access before recommending a handover plan. Useful history is preserved; a rebuild is recommended only when there is a clear reason.

Is ad spend included in the monthly fee?

No. The management fee and the advertising budget are separate. Your proposal also identifies any setup, creative, landing-page and tracking costs, so the total commitment is clear.

Can you guarantee a return?

No. Competition, demand, margins, the offer and your sales process all affect the result. We agree a test, track its limitations and explain when the evidence supports continuing, changing direction or stopping.

Do you build the landing pages?

We can. Landing-page development is scoped alongside campaign management when needed. Existing pages may be sufficient with focused improvements; we establish that during the review.
